Turning
Our core competencies include CNC turning and milling on 5-axis turning and milling centers. With our latest generation lathes, we manufacture precise and sophisticated turned parts as individual parts, in small or medium-sized series, individually and according to your specifications and drawings – with short delivery times and consistently high quality.
Milling
Thanks to the most modern CNC-controlled processing centers, we process complex machine components with the highest precision and achieve an optimal and customer-oriented result. We would also be happy to take care of the subsequent surface treatment and the complete assembly of components for you.
Grinding
We have innovative cylindrical grinding machines with which we can offer our customers the most precise CNC cylindrical grinding. We grind spindles for the machine tool industry, measuring gauges and tool holders. Parallel to cylindrical grinding with a grinding length of up to three meters, we also offer surface grinding.
Keyseating
Optimally drawn grooves in small series are still widespread today and are the right manufacturing process. In large series, the classic keyway is being dispensed with more and more and often replaced by milling due to time constraints.
